We're currently offering 0% commission for founding sellers (limited time). After the launch period, our standard commission is 10% - significantly lower than traditional brokers (15-25%) and auction houses (20-33%). There are no upfront listing fees.
How long does it take to sell equipment?
Our average time to sale is under 14 days. Auctions typically run for 7-10 days, and we promote your equipment to our entire network of verified buyers from day one. High-demand equipment often sells faster.
Are all buyers and sellers verified?
Yes. All buyers and sellers go through our verification process. We verify business credentials, check references, and ensure compliance with UK regulations. This protects both parties and maintains marketplace quality.
How does payment work?
We use secure payments via Stripe Connect. When a buyer wins an auction, their payment is held in until the equipment is collected. This protects both parties - sellers are guaranteed payment, and buyers are protected until they receive the equipment.
Who handles logistics and transport?
We coordinate all logistics through our network of specialist medical equipment transport partners. This includes de-installation, transport, and delivery. Both parties can also arrange their own logistics if preferred.
What equipment can be listed?
We specialise in diagnostic imaging equipment including MRI scanners, CT scanners, ultrasound systems, X-ray equipment, and related accessories. Equipment must be from reputable manufacturers and meet our quality standards.
Is there a reserve price?
Yes, sellers can set a reserve price (minimum acceptable price). If bidding doesn't reach the reserve, you're not obligated to sell. We recommend setting realistic reserves based on market data we provide.
What documentation is required?
Sellers need to provide equipment specifications, service history, and any relevant compliance documentation. We help compile this into a comprehensive listing. Buyers receive full documentation as part of the purchase.
Can I view equipment before bidding?
Yes. We encourage buyers to arrange viewings before placing bids. We coordinate site visits and can arrange virtual tours if in-person viewing isn't possible. All equipment includes detailed photos and inspection reports.
